Yamunotri: Yamunotri is located at 3291 meters above sea level. It is the source of the Yamuna River and the seat of Goddess Yamuna. The temperature at Yamunotri ranges from 6°C to 20°C in summer (May-June) and from -7°C to 5°C in winter (November-April). The temple remains closed from November to April due to snowfall.

Gangotri: Gangotri is located at an altitude of 3048 meters above sea level. It is the source of the Ganga river and the seat of Goddess Ganga. The temperature at Gangotri ranges from 10°C to 25°C in summer (May-June) and from -10°C to 10°C in winter (November-April). The temple remains closed from November to April due to snowfall.

Kedarnath: Kedarnath is located at an altitude of 3584 meters above sea level. It is one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva and the most remote and difficult site of the Char Dham. The temperature at Kedarnath ranges from 5°C to 18°C in summer (May-June) and from -20°C to -5°C in winter (November-April). The temple remains closed from November to April due to snowfall.

Badrinath: Badrinath is located at an altitude of 3133 meters above sea level. It is one of the 108 Divya Desams of Lord Vishnu and the most visited site of the Char Dham. The temperature at Badrinath ranges from 8°C to 22°C in summer (May-June) and from -15°C to 5°C in winter (November-April). The temple remains open throughout the year, but the road access is limited in winter due to snowfall.

  Hi everyone, chardham yatra ( 1st October to 13th October  2023 ) was super, well organized  by travel acharya hardiwar. In all hotels they  r well treated  us. Food was good and at that time climate  also good. We total 12 members went from bengaluru  karanataka  state. In this 4 to 5 members  are senior citizens.  I only lead  this yartra with the help  from Travel Acharya team. My sincere thanks to Mr rawat, shweta madam, shailaja madam, anuradha madam and lastly  Mr rajesh driver  and suraj singh.Totally  chardham yatra was memorable. We love travel acharya.   I recently took a trip to char dham yatra with my family, arranged by Travel Acharya.The team at Travel Acharya took care of everything, from booking the hotels to arranging for transportation and sightseeing.
